About this cartoon: Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won reelection easily -- too easily, claiming two-thirds of all votes against a popular challenger in what was expected to be a close race, and even (supposedly) winning among the oppositions ethnic group and strongest neighborhoods. Riots broke out across the heavily-repressed nation, and were met with brutal and sometimes deadly force, as well as with the silence of the ruling clerics supportive of Ahmadinejad.
