About this cartoon: In a show of flexing its muscles, Iran captured 15 British sailors in Iraqi waters under the claim they'd strayed into Iranian waters, and held them for two weeks before releasing them. This cartoon suggests there's still a whole nation full of hostages to these hard-line military expansionists.
