About this cartoon: Shortly after a federal judge declared California's ban on gay marriage, Proposition 8, to bediscrimatory and therefore unconstitutional, the 9th Circuit Court decided to halt all gay marriages until at least December while they examined the case... which might yet go to the U.S. Supreme Court for a final (maybe) word.
