About this cartoon: President Obama declared war on ISIL (or ISIS, or Islamic State), the remarkably barbaric Islamist extremist group advancing in Syria and Iraq. But there are dangerous, horrible parties on all sides. It's really hard to expect any real victory, and even if that happened, which awful party will step into the vacuum to be the next terror in the region?
