About this cartoon: Gov. Gray Davis outlined ambitious plans for transit projects throughout the state. Only problem was, most of them had state funding for only a portion of the project.
Noteworthy: California Corridors' editor had wanted a cartoon that covered politics, transportation and current news at the same time; fortunately the governor's speech fit my timing and needs for this.
