About this cartoon: With the easy victory by Arnold Schwarzenegger
in his first try for office, and his widespread celebrity appeal, some
citizens - particularly in the Republican Party - began to think of Arnold
for President... if they could only get rid of that born-in-the-U.S. requirement
for the office. Because the movement was specifically to promote Schwarzenegger,
the proposed change was called the Arnold Amendment.
