About this cartoon: The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upholds an ACLU lawsuit to halt Californi'a already-nutty recall election, throwing things in even more chaos. It is overturned within days, however, and the election continued.
Noteworthy: It was fun to redraw, with minor changes, SIr John Tenniel's classic "Alice in Wonderland" artwork, and doing so reminded me what a masterful artist he was.
