About this cartoon: A look at the various pollutants contaminating the majestic Columbia River
Noteworthy: I had to figure a way to make the river be able to react, hence the waves turning into a face. I also felt it necessary to clarify that "man" didn't discover the river in the 1800s, but rather WHITE man.
