about this cartoon: | Title:
Postal efficiency stamps Published: Seattle Post-Intelligencer Date: Dec. 3, 1994 About this cartoon: The Postal Service keeps promoting how efficient and well-run it has become... while continuing to raise the costs of stamps. Noteworthy: Drawing the perforations is tricky... I had to use a computer to line up the holes properly. And of course the cartoon is out of date already since the price of stamps has risen again. | ||||||||||||||
