About this cartoon: In the Iran hostage crisis, it seemed like everyone -- or no one -- was in charge, and negotiating became extremely frustrating. It's still hard to know if it was by plan, or out of mere chaos.
Noteworthy: A good example of how I depicted motion in a cartoon.
