About this cartoon: The U.S. Supreme Court finally ruled on Obama's healthcare reform law, and in a surprise to many, Chief Justice John Roberts cast the deciding vote to uphold the measure's key element, that of the "individual mandate" requiruing everyone to buy insurance. A nice turnaround in favor of the public, compared with the court's infamous "Citizens United" ruling allowing unlimited campaign spending by corporations.
