About this cartoon: The U.S. desparetely wants to hand over control of Iraq to a functioning, efficient and democratic Iraqi government, and then get us the hell out of there. But it's hard to tell which is in worse shape right now, Iraq or its government. And Bush isn't doing too well with running his part either.
